The Composite Test at SOCO's Sporting Optics OEM Testing Facility is designed to evaluate the overall durability and performance of our optical products under a variety of simulated real-world conditions. This comprehensive testing method integrates multiple stress tests to assess the resilience of materials and components when subjected to various environmental factors such as temperature fluctuations, humidity, vibration, and mechanical impact.

Using precise optical charts and advanced imaging equipment, we assess the sharpness and resolving power of our sporting optics. This process ensures that our products deliver the highest possible image quality, crucial for activities such as hunting, birdwatching, and other outdoor sports where visual accuracy is paramount.

The Resolution Test helps us guarantee that our optical products meet stringent performance standards, providing our customers with clear, detailed, and reliable visual experiences.

The Tilt Test at SOCO's Sporting Optics OEM Testing Facility is employed to evaluate the alignment and stability of our optical components. This test ensures that lenses, prisms, and other critical elements maintain their correct positions and angles within the housing, even when subjected to physical stress or handling. During the Tilt Test, we simulate various angles and positions to which the sporting optics might be exposed during regular use. By carefully measuring the performance and alignment of the optics under these conditions, we can identify and correct any misalignments or shifts that could affect optical performance.

Using advanced spectrophotometry equipment, we evaluate the light transmission across various wavelengths, ensuring minimal loss and optimal clarity. This process helps us determine the effectiveness of anti-reflective coatings and other treatments that enhance light transmission and reduce glare.

By conducting the Transmission Test, we ensure that our sporting optics provide bright, clear images with high contrast, even in low-light conditions. During the Optical Test, we examine several critical factors, including: Distortion: Checking for any warping or distortion of the image to ensure true-to-life visuals.

-Chromatic Aberration: Assessing the ability to minimize color fringing and maintain color fidelity.

-Sharpness: Evaluating the edge-to-edge clarity and detail resolution across the entire field of view.

-Field of View: Measuring the extent of the visible area and ensuring a wide, unobstructed view.

By performing the Optical Test, we ensure that every sporting optics product meets stringent quality standards, providing users with an optimal viewing experience. During the Waterproof Test, our products are subjected to simulated wet conditions, including water spray, immersion, and pressure variations. We carefully monitor for any signs of water intrusion or performance degradation, such as fogging, lens clouding, or loss of functionality. By rigorously testing the waterproof integrity of our sporting optics, we guarantee that they meet or exceed industry standards for water resistance, providing users with peace of mind and reliability in challenging outdoor situations.

During Final Inspection, our experienced technicians conduct a meticulous examination of each product, checking for any defects, irregularities, or deviations from specifications. This includes verifying optical performance, mechanical functionality, and cosmetic appearance. Additionally, Final Inspection includes verification of all documentation and packaging to ensure completeness and accuracy. Any discrepancies are promptly addressed to guarantee that customers receive products that meet their expectations in every aspect.
